Hiperware focuses on J-SOX and virtualization opportunities in Japan

[April 2008] Hiperware has announced that it will focus on the J-SOX and virtualization opportunities in Japan. J-SOX, officially known as Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, obliges companies in Japan to strengthen internal controls — including IT controls — to ensure full and accurate disclosure of financial information.
