Hiperware chosen as semi-finalist at Global Security Challenge 2008

[September 2008] Hiperware has been chosen as one of the five Semi-Finalists for the Asian-leg of the prestigious Global Security Challenge (GSC) 2008, an international competition that seeks to highlight the world’s most promising security technologies. The two winners of the Asian Semi-Final, to be held in Singapore on September 26, will compete against winners from the American and European legs at the final event hosted by London Business School on November 13.

Hiperware's robust technology platform that makes possible a new genre of compelling, "high-performance" software, is already proving itself in the areas of Risk Management in banking, Compliance and Information Security applications in process industries and the entire genre of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Based on the same platform, Hiperware's solution for homeland security that can provide “real-time decision making” – long-sought to address challenges in today’s burgeoning surveillance infrastructure – impressed the panel of judges at the Global Security Challenge.
